This is a house me and my 2 children just moved into. I am trying to buy it because it is the first house I have ever wanted to own and it is a place I can see being able to make into a home for my family. In the meantime while I am trying to figure out how to buy this place I have made a deal with the landlord that in lieu of a high rent I pay a reduced rent and fix the place up.So wish me luck in my endeavor and cross your fingers in hopes of me being able to buy it. :-)
I am a single Mom with 2 super cool kids, 1 matriarchal 16 year old cat, and 2 naughty kittens (soon to be more)and I really really like beer.I am attempting to be a stay at home mom by running a jewelry business and only working jobs where I can take the baby to work with me. I do not get any child support and things are usually pretty tight but despite that I have decided I am going to buy a house. This house. I am tired of moving my family from one unsuitable apartment to another with one slumlord after another.
